Clifton Williams is a graduate of the internationally acclaimed Berklee College of Music. He holds a dual degree in Music Education and Contemporary Writing and Production. Clifton’s impressive musical accomplishments include composing the official theme song for Amateur Night at the Apollo Live. This song is featured every Wednesday Night at the iconic Apollo Theater in Harlem, New York. Clifton has served as the touring music director for R&B legend Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds (2020-2023), music director for Four-Time Emmy award winning Black Music and Civil Rights Movement Concert, and music director for A Tori Kelly Christmas: Live from Capitol Records Studios Youtube Special. He has been teaching music at Centennial since 2024.
