You are Invited to the 10th Annual Centennial Bash & Auction.

A ‘party with a purpose’ presented by the Centennial PTA. This adult-only event is the largest fundraising effort put on by the PTA every year for the past nine years. Supporting the largest grants given to our school every year from the PTA. Like Paraprofessional Salaries! 

The Bash will be held at Lot46 Music Bar (5302 W 25th Avenue, Edgewater, CO 80214). Friday, April 18th. 

This adult only (21+) event is open to all! RSVP is required and donations are appreciated in lieu of tickets.

What is the Centennial Bash & Auction?

The 10th Annual Bash will be held at Lot46 Music Bar (5302 W 25th Avenue, Edgewater, CO 80214). Friday, April 18th, 7:00-11:30 PM. 


What does the Bash & Auction support?
This annual event supports the large gifts the PTA grants to the school every year, this has included monies for paraprofessional salaries, outdoor classroom furniture, sound system in the auditorium, teacher classroom budgets, lamination machine for the school…the list goes on and on. With budget cuts this event is more important than ever. 
 
How will the 10th Annual Bash & Auction work?
All are Welcome and Encouraged to attend. 

We have a suggested donation in lieu of paid tickets and the Silent Auction Link will be open to all starting Wednesday, April 16th at Noon MST to Saturday, April 19th, at Noon MST. This year’s Silent Auction will bring back and focus on crew favorite The Teacher Experiences. 

Ticket donations help cover admission to the Bash covering ALL bites, drinks, and entertainment. All proceeds support Centennial Crews.

Can children attend?
The Bash & Auction is 21+ event only.
 
What if we can’t or prefer not to attend in person?
The Silent Auction Link is available to All and Open for the week. Once the link is live all you have to do is register and you can support via a Donation or winning a Silent Auction Item! In-person attendees can win the live auction items, heads-or-tails prize, and sign-up for the annual Crew-ser Ride.

Steps:

  • Click on the link above go to the Buy Tickets button
  • There are Three Ticket Options (One Adult Ticket, Two Adults Ticket, Teacher/Staff Ticket). Check-out with the Donation or Free ticket option. 
  • Don’t Forget to add on your Heads-or-Tails Headbands. Limit two per Person. 
  • Check-Out/Finish Your Registration. 
  • You are all Registered for the Bash! 

What is Heads or Tails?
This game kicks off our Live Auction and is an easy way to support the school. Each $20 Martian Headband provides you one entry to the game, which takes the classic coin toss and makes it fun and interactive. Last one standing takes home a fabulous prize! Limit two headbands per person. 

Fan favorite and our 4th Annual Heads or Tails kick-off to the Live Auction. Last years prize, worth $1,000, included a REI Basecamp Tent for 6, Retro Igloo Speaker Cooler, and Limited Release Stranahan’s Whiskey Snowflake Series Bottle. In 2023 the prize was an Unagi Scooter worth $1,000!
 
What is the Crew-ser Ride?
This beloved annual spring event is a progressive bike ride for the grown-ups. 50 seats only and this will be offered in-person only as a part of the silent auction. 

Is there a dress code?
The theme for this year’s Bash is Out-of-this-World, we encourage dressing up for the theme (think The Jetson’s, Solar System, Intergalactic, Classic Space Themes….) or wear whatever you feel most comfortable in to mingle, dance, and enjoy!
