In the spring of 2021, we held focus groups where we invited our approximately 30 Black and African-American families, as well as over 150 Hispanic/Latin@ and Native American/Indigenous families. We discussed positive and negative experiences they have had because of their race, as well as ideas for how we can improve as a school.
