Redesign Process Update

As part of the Redesign Process interviews were conducted last week for teachers who applied for the new Centennial. A note regarding this was sent home with students yesterday. We have four more months left of school and it will be imperative that our focus continues to be on educating your children to the fullest extent. The next CSC meeting is February 25th at 5:30pm. We hope you will choose to become involved in the ongoing discussions as we develop the school redesign plan.

2012-13 Winter Weather Information

The decision to keep schools open or to close them during winter weather conditions is not a simple one, but it is made with one overriding factor in mind: the well-being of our students, their families and staff. It is a good idea to decide in advance how to best keep up with the changes, what childcare arrangements are needed, and how to adjust if schools are closed due to inclement weather. Detailed DPS winter weather and snow day information, including information on how families can find out if school is closed, can be found at: http://communications.dpsk12.org/announcements/winter-weather-and-snow-day-information
